The World Trade Center Kochi was an associate partner at #FUTURE-the first ever global digital summit organised by the Government of Kerala. It was a marquee event which witnessed 30 speakers, 3000 attendees and 14 sessions in 2 days who discussed and deliberated on how the state has advanced in technology and how these new technologies can be leveraged for a prosperous tomorrow. The summit was inaugurated by Mr Pinarayi Vijayan, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala. The sessions included eminent speakers like Mr Raghuram Rajan, Mr Nandan Nilekani, Mr Byju Raveendran, Mr Christopher Muller etc. The valedictory session had Mr Aphonse Kannanthanam, Union Minister of State for IT and Tourism as well as Mr Ramesh Chennithala, Leader of Opposition, Kerala. The summit had a digital experience theatre — a state-of-the-art virtually simulated interactive platform where global companies showcased their innovations in artificial intelligence. WTC Kochi was represented by Mr Balaram Menon, Managing Director and Dr Bose Nair, Vice President. At the valedictory ceremony, Dr Nair received the memento from the organisers for the support extended towards the summit.
