The World Trade Center Kochi organised a full day hands-on workshop on ‘Design Thinking for Managers’ on 25th April 2018. Dr Pavan Soni, Innovation Evangelist, Bangalore was the Faculty and the Trainer. Dr Pavan spoke on the design thinking process in a corporate context. He explained why empathic design and customer centricity is vital for value creation and value delivery. There were case studies, activities of problem solving and validation. The event held at Holiday Inn Kochi has attended delegates from plantation companies, food processing, IT, manufacturing, education, start-ups etc.
