World Trade Center Kochi organised a full day hands on workshop on ‘Design Thinking for High Growth Businesses on 31st January, 2017. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Pavan Soni who is an Innovation Evangelist and a PhD graduate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. The workshop focused on tools and techniques of creative problem solving, a systematic approach towards ideation, and idea selection--the processes involved in design thinking, differences between creativity, invention and innovation, opportunity creation, development of enterprises, and the approach of getting important things right in the management by dealing with a few right things. The event was attended by 35 delegates from various companies in and around Kochi. The programme also witnessed participation from WTCK tenant Companies, Start Ups, Company from Thiruvananthapuram and even one participant from Bengaluru.
