The World Trade Center Kochi was the Trade and Investment Partner at the recently concluded Trade Expo GMCV(Global Manufacturing Cluster Vision) 2030 in Coimbatore. This was organised on 2 nd June 2017 by INTEC and Coimbatore District Small Industries Association (CODISSIA) to encourage and connect Indian Manufacturers to the global world. The 8 th edition of the Conclave was themed ‘Evolution Through Innovation’. Mr. Krishnamurthi Venkataramanan, Chairman - L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited inaugurated the Conference. The conclave was organised to provide a platform to bring out the leaders from Indian manufacturing industries to discuss diverse issues of the manufacturing industries amidst South India’s largest engineering exposition. The event was also an opportunity to avail guidance, knowledge and expertise in creation of world class manufacturing companies. Mr.Balaram Menon, President and CEO-World Trade Center Kochi and Bengaluru spoke on how WTC can help manufactures connect globally. The Conclave was part of the Annual Expo for Manufacturing and Machine Tools that was organised at Codissia Exhibition Center Coimbatore.
