The World Trade Center Kochi organized a talk “Legal Archives – An Insight for CEOs” on 11th October 2018 at MP Hall, Thapasya Building, Infopark Kochi. The programme covered topics like Intellectual Property Rights, IT and Employment Contracts, Importance of Confidentiality/ Non-Disclosure/ Non-solicitation etc. Adv. Vineed Abraham, Adv. Anith James and Adv. Bindu Antony led the sessions. Adv. Vineed Abraham touched upon the concept of IPR, why we should invest in IP and how we can monetise this investment. Adv. Anith James spoke in detail about IT contracts and the legalities associated with it. Adv. Bindu Antony covered the topic of Employment contracts and alongside spoke on IT Policy, Labour Laws and the recent changes that has happened in the Kerala Shops and Establishment Act. Mr Girish Babu, Former MD Kerala State IT Infrastructure Ltd and CEO, IT Parks Kerala was the Chief Guest. Mr Sujaas Ali, CEO, Aabasoft Technologies Pvt Ltd and Mr Vivek George, Deputy Manager, WTC Kochi also spoke. The event was attended by CEOs and Key Decision makers from various companies in and around Kochi.
