Brigade Group is expanding its footprint in Kerala with the announcement of World Trade Center (WTC) Thiruvananthapuram. In collaboration with Technopark, this 1.5 million square feet project will bolster Kerala's position as a global business hub and provide thousands of job opportunities.

Simultaneously, WTC Kochi at Infopark, Kochi, is set to expand with a third tower, adding over one million square feet of premium IT infrastructure to meet rising demand.

These projects, alongside Brigade's other developments, including a luxury island resort in Vaikom and residential developments in Kochi, are slated for completion by 2030, reinforcing the company's commitment to Kerala’s growth.
