We’re thrilled to announce that our organization is embarking on the 5S journey.

Kickstarted the process for our entire Facility Team, led by renowned trainer, Mr. Mukundan. The session was designed to introduce, reinforce and deepen our understanding of the 5S methodology—Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain—key principles that are essential for creating and maintaining a productive, organized and efficient workspace.

The inaugural session had participation from Senior Management of Brigade Group- Mr.Vineet Verma, MD- WTC Bengaluru, Chennai & Kochi, Ms.Nirupa Shankar, Jt.MD-Brigade Group and Mr. Atul Kumar, COO- Facilities.

Mr. Mukundan’s extensive experience and expertise in the field shone through as he delivered practical examples, case studies, and interactive exercises, making the workshop both informative and hands-on. The team learned valuable techniques to streamline processes, improve safety, reduce waste, and enhance overall workplace efficiency.

Throughout the day, the participants actively engaged in discussions and shared experiences, which further enriched the learning experience. By the end of the workshop, every team member was equipped with actionable insights and strategies to implement the 5S principles in their daily tasks.
